Customer Recipes!

Rhona is a local community member who will be making chicken and kale fried rice with the kale (from Lazy Eight Stock Farm) and pasteurized chicken (from Sunny Wolf Farm). Kale is a good source of vitamins A and C and chicken is a good source of protein. We especially enjoy the taste of these naturally raised produce. This delicious meal is both quick and easy to make! The ingredients for this 15 minute meal include:

-1 cup rice

-Pre-roasted chicken roast

-Coconut Oil

-Seasoning (salt)

-Chopped kale

Cook your rice and roast your chicken separately. Then lightly fry your kale in the coconut oil. Add in your chicken and rice and mix it together and serve.
